We came here for a family-style dinner and ordered several dishes to share. Portions were generous and perfect for groups. Here’s what we tried: Maggie Duck Chin ($22.98) – First time trying this dish and it was surprisingly good. It’s the kind where you chew around the bones to get the meat and spit them out. Once you get into it, the flavor of the meat is very enjoyable. Steamed Rice Noodle with Pork Rib & Abalone Sauce ($33.98) – This one really surprised me! At first, it looked plain, but the taste was outstanding—savory, flavorful, and addictive. The thin vermicelli-like noodles were easy to chew and kept me going back for more. Pan-Fried Shrimp & Chive Dumplings – A solid, classic dish done right. Crispy Shrimp Dumplings – Really good! Not like the traditional har gow I expected; instead, it had a crispy batter with a small amount of shrimp filling, paired with mayo sauce. Different, but delicious. King Crab Garlic Steam – A classic, well executed. Fresh, garlicky, and satisfying. King Crab Teriyaki – Not quite a traditional teriyaki; instead, it had a torched sauce topping that looked cheesy but tasted like a honey-mustard glaze—sweet with a little zing. Very tasty twist. King Crab Spicy Salt & Pepper – Another classic, cooked well and seasoned nicely. King Crab Fried Organic Rice – A bit too heavy on garlic for me; every bite had noticeable garlic chunks. Quick Summary: Great spot for family gatherings and group dinners, with big shareable portions and plenty of variety. The steamed rice noodle with pork rib & abalone sauce was the star of the night, and the king crab dishes were reliable crowd-pleasers. Some dishes leaned heavy on garlic, but overall the flavors were bold and satisfying. Perfect for family events or celebrations

Wowza! I rarely give out 5-star reviews (let alone to a seafood restaurant), but this blew me away. Food: I got the King Crab 3 Courses, in which the legs are steamed with garlic, the body deep-fried, and the roe mixed into fried rice (see, three courses!). All three dishes have their special kind of delicious, and if you're a seafood fan this is definitely worth the price. As a not-really-a-seafood-fan person, I enjoyed the sautéed diced beef with eggplant. Goodness. It takes skill for the inside of the beef to be just slightly cooked, and the eggplant to remain purple after sautéing! That was very impressive. And the choy sum! Whoa! Instead of other restaurants that charge you an exorbitant fee for maybe two measly scrapes of vegetables, it was quite a feat to finish off this one! There was quite a lot of choy sum, and I must thank the restaurant for actually making enough vegetables in one dish. Aaand, of course, the dessert. The cookies must be some kinda secret recipe, how does it crumble apart in your mouth so nicely? Service: all the staff are suuuper friendly, and are attentive to refilling water, appetizers, and changing plates. Since this place is usually quite packed, gotta say it takes no small amount of skill to keep us all happy. Atmosphere: okay, this is a funny one, but I really liked the painting with the lavender-colored flowers. It doesn't deserve to be tucked away next to the bathroom! The usage of texture and oil paints is quite creative. That being said, the chandeliers are very, very fancy and made for a good lighting (which was a struggle for me to take pictures and not cast my phone's shadow, haha). So, even though I came here skeptically since I wasn't the biggest seafood fan, I'm definitely coming back! (I see that crispy pig!)

Went for an early morning (10am) dim sum, lots of free underground parking. Dim sum was really good, nice quality for the price. The 3 of us ordered a variety of dishes including the fish rice rolls, mushroom with chives, deep fried smoked salmon with crab, and beef and parsley rice roll. All very good and different from the usual standard dim sum. Pricing is very competitive and leans towards higher end. You get what you pay for. Discounts during weekday mornings. The restaurant can get very loud during peak times and service is the usual Asian restaurant style. Fast and efficient but nothing special and you have to ask for more tea/water all the time.

Restaurant felt authentically Chinese with welcoming and attentive staff. Food was well presented and very tasty. Highlight dishes included the 2-course Peking duck and salted egg yolk crab. The duck was juicy and skin was roasted to perfection. The salted egg yolk crab had the flavour was I was craving for. The lobster Yee-mein was also amazing as the lobster meat was very bouncy. Their Fujian fried rice had a great saucy flavour to balance out the other dishes. To end the dinner, they gave us cute desserts including a dog shaped chocolate mousse, pig shaped coconut pudding and corn shaped mango pudding which were funny to eat. We also ordered the baked sago pudding which was the best in town I’ve had, as the custard flavour was not too sweet. Definitely recommend you to go for family and friend dinners for a night out of Chinese food.

Another solo dim sum brunch, go there around 10:30am on a Saturday, starting to get busy, their main restaurant was full so I had to go to their VIP side, not a big deal at all. Food was ok, just average for Greater Vancouver, they all look good, taste just average Service was not bad, sometimes the servers keep coming to you, sometimes nothing at all, overall is good. Decor is not bad, still look pretty new

This was my first time trying new mandarin and it was definitely a positive experience! Went around 630pm for dinner and it was super busy so would recommend making a reservation. Overall the service was great, our servers were friendly and the food came out super quick. Some highlights were: - the salted egg yolk crab with rice cakes - the Peking duck course - assorted meat & seafood fried rice Flavour came through really well in these dishes and the portions were fairly large. My only note would be that the lobster in cream sauce with noodles was a bit bland, the portion size was good but could use a bit more flavour. Overall a great experience! I went with a group of 8 and we all left feeling good and full. Would definitely come back again to try some other things!

Very good quality here. Came here for my mother in law's 71st birthday. Everyone enjoyed the dinner. $375 include tip is pretty normal now adays for chinese dinner! The servers were very good. Very quick to clean out the old plates or transfer the food to smaller plates. And quick to get us more tea.

We came here for their King Crab 三吃套餐 and it was absolutely worth it! The dishes were beautifully prepared, fresh, and flavorful. Steamed crab legs with garlic – so sweet and tender, perfectly bringing out the natural taste of the crab. Salt & pepper crab – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, topped with fried garlic and chili for the perfect kick. Crab fried rice – generous portion, loaded with crab meat, eggs, and veggies. Definitely a showstopper dish! The portions are big, presentation is elegant, and everything tastes authentic. Service was attentive, dishes came out hot and well-timed, making it a smooth dining experience.
